<p>Welcome to the City of Riverside’s 311 App. This application allows users to submit service requests for common issues such as clogged storm drains, code violations, removal of graffiti, and park maintenance, among others. Additionally, users are able to review both submitted and closed requests, as well as make payments for their Riverside Public Utilities bill directly from the app.</p>

<p>In the event of an emergency, please dial 911 and refrain from using this application. It is important to note that while this app is monitored, it does not guarantee immediate response.</p>

<p>We highly recommend creating an account to gain access to your previous 311 submissions and to check the status of any ongoing requests. While it is possible to use the app without an account, it will restrict your ability to view past submissions or track current ones.</p>

<h2>PHOTO TIPS</h2>

<p>If you have enabled geolocation services, location information will automatically be included with any photos taken while submitting a 311 request. If geolocation services are not enabled, please provide the incident's address and cross street. To assist our teams in locating the issue effectively, kindly capture photos that encompass as much of the surrounding area as possible. Multiple photos can be submitted if necessary. Please refrain from taking photos while driving.</p>

<p>Please note that this app is provided free of charge by the City of Riverside. However, please be aware that your mobile carrier may apply standard data usage rates for utilizing the app.</p>
